Dialogue
The session starts from a question that’s on your mind. The dialogue lasts about an hour.
PhilomobileBy Laurence BouchetTHE PHILOSOPHICAL CONSULTATION
You’re going in circles, hesitating, and some situations stay confusing. The consultation lets you examine what you actually think, so you can move forward more clearly in your choices.
WHAT IT IS
It’s a work of thinking.
I question you, challenge your ideas, and together we examine what holds up — and what doesn’t. The aim is to know yourself better through rigorous reasoning.
The consultation doesn’t aim directly for a therapeutic effect. It seeks a clarification of thought, which can nonetheless bring a sense of well-being.
HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?
The session starts from a question that’s on your mind. The dialogue lasts about an hour.
Precise questions, objections, underlying assumptions and contradictions help you break out of repetitive thinking.
The session can be filmed so you can look back on it. Further questions can then extend the reflection.
